Sea World is set in more than 200 acres offering a more tranquil and peaceful approach, to theme parks. New in 2003 is The Waterfront at SeaWorld, a bustling seaport Mediterranean village which is rich in food, merchandise, music and entertainment from across the seven seas. Be sure to conclude your visit to SeaWorld by watching the dazzling firework display.
SeaWorld offers an excellent choice of restaurants, one that I would recommend is a visit to the Sharks Underwater Grill.

Wild Arctic: It consists of two elements, a simulator ride that takes you on a helicopter ride, travelling across the Artic wilderness to Base Station Wild Artic, where you disembark into the frozen depths to view Beluga whales and walruses. Not to be missed. XXXXX & SSSSS

Shamu Stadium: Watch the killer whales and their trainers pull of some spectacular stunts. There are two distinct shows, the more humorous Shaum Adventure during the day, the louder Shamu Rocks America at night. On hand is animal expert Jack Hanna who hosts a dramatic live action show on the huge Shamu vision screen that takes you above the water, under the sea and around the world. SSSSS

Sea Lion & Otter Stadium: A hilarious performance, featuring Clyde, Seamore, with their pals otter and walrus. Arrive early to watch the resident mickey-taking mime artist. SSSSS

Dolphin Cove: This is spectacular; here you can get right up close and feed by hand this friendly community of Atlantic bottlenose dolphins. The lagoon also features sandy beaches, re-created coral reef and natural waves, there is also have an underwater viewing area. SSSS
Wander over and catch the dolphin show at the Key West Dolphin Stadium which has a funky beach theme. SSSSS

SeaWorld Theater: Features a menagerie of birds, cats, dogs and many more animals in a comical show. SSSS

Hawaiian Rhythms: Enter on to SeaWorld's Luau Terrace to watch an amusing song and dance show of the Polynesian culture. SSS

Clydesdale Hamlet: Home to the Anheuser-Bush trademark Clydesdale dray horses. SSSS

Manatees, The Last Generation: Watch these strange but loveable looking creatures lounging around in their man made lagoon from above, then wander down to the theatre to learn more about the full dangers facing these harmless creatures of Florida's waterways. Then pass into the underwater viewing area. SSSSS

Pacific Point Preserve: This re-created rocky coast shows seals and sea lions in their natural habitat. Here you can also feed the ever-hungry seals and sea lions. SSSSS

Shamu's Happy Harbour: A brightly coloured and brilliantly designed adventure playground awaits youngsters of all ages, a great way to let them let off steam and for you to enjoy a well-earned rest but beware they may get very wet. XXXXX (kids)

Terrors of the Deep: Houses an amazing collection of dangerous sea creatures, brought dramatically to life by an underground walk through tube giving the impression that you can touch these dangerous creatures. SSSSS and XXX

Tropical Reef: Thousands of colourful fish inhabit this tropical reef. SSS

Penguin Encounter: Watch penguins in their natural habitat in this brilliantly presented showpiece; see them above and below the water. SSSS

Stingray Lagoon: Here you can feed and touch fully grown rays.
The stingrays still have their stingers, but they won't hurt you, they just want to take the food from your hand and to be stroked! A very exciting and rewarding attraction.

Turtle Point: See the parks rescued and rehabilitated sea turtles.
Many of the sea turtles basking in the sunshine or drifting through the water in this re-creation of a lagoon and small beach were rescued from fishing nets or predators.

Shamu - Close up: offering a much closer and more natural look at killer whales.

Journey to Atlantis: Your water-coaster takes you on a scenic tranquil tour of the lost city of Atlantis until Allura the evil spirit takes over, you then dash through Atlantis, dodging fountains and water cannons with dazzling illusions concluding with a dramatic 60+ft drop. XXXXX

Karken: This mega roller coaster hits speeds of 65mph, with drops from 151ft; the ride has seven high-speed loops, three underground dives and a plunges beneath the waters of the lagoon. XXXXX + Height restrictions
